Mastering Your Well-Being

In the "Building & Sustaining Resilience" Coaching Program, you will receive individual coaching from Maya to reduce stress and build your resilience in any area of your life you choose to work on. This program is tailor-made to your individual needs to ensure you receive one-on-one attention on what works for you and what is getting in your way of achieving what it is you want.

This program is up to twenty 60-minute sessions of coaching. Sessions are weekly, biweekly or monthly.
