Welcome to the Expansive Heart Online Course! I'm Maya, and it is such a pleasure to have you join me. This informal course is offered through the Infinite Love Program, and it is open to anybody who is seeking to learn some tools to increase their resilience.

The Infinite Love Program seeks to empower vulnerable communities around the world by providing much-needed training and resources on resilience and mindset. Currently, we have students from all over the world - including Kenya, Vietnam, and countries in South America.

This course is free to join, and we encourage you to donate if you are able to. All proceeds go to developing the Infinite Love Program so that we can continue to offer trainings all over the world to those in need.
