Assessing your Baseline
We will utilize the results from your Stress and Wellbeing Assessment™ to assess your current stress level. The 72 question survey is based on 12 stress-related components and 4 resilience and well-being components. The results will drive our initial coaching session to prioritize a focus area and discuss what tools will best benefit your growth.
