Havening Techniques Training™

April 2024

Recently, I had the special privilege of training a wonderful and dedicated 3rd teacher in Kenya on Havening Techniques (a psycho-sensory healing modality that uses gentle touch) to help her manage stress/overwhelm, regulate her nervous system, and build greater resilience for the future.

We then built an at-school Havening program that she can use with her students to get them centered as class begins and to empower them with a tool for self-regulation.

Below is the result - beautiful smiling students practicing the self-Havening touch at least twice a day. They love it and are noticing the incredible effects of this practice. I feel honored to have been a part of their experiences, and I can’t wait for the future expansion of Infinite Love. Learn more at infinitelove.one
